Paid Classes

I host my paid classes on Zoom. Each class typically lasts 90 minutes. Prior to the class, all registered participants receive the supporting materials I’ll be referring to during the class. Afterward, all registrants receive a link to the video recording of the class, which I post to the Private sector of my YouTube channel: McDowellGrahamCICLLC.

In addition, if you missed the live class, you can still purchase a replay of the class. You’ll receive all of the same materials and links. Simply send an email to cracksinconsciousness@gmail.com to request information.

Here’s what’s on tap for 2026.

Finding Your KISS Button: Living a More Manageable Life
Thursday, February 19, 2026    5:00-6:30 PM    $25.00

“Do the right things instead of trying to do everything right.” Peter Drucker

We live in a world where everything can change very quickly and too often our lives can become unmanageable just as quickly.

Having an unmanageable life doesn’t necessarily mean that our lives are completely chaotic or out of control. Instead even little things can be a sign, such as being unable to complete a task or meet other responsibilities.

Moreover, making life manageable again can often feel impossible; some of us have a hard enough time managing anything let alone everything.

But not to worry – because there’s a way to find our KISS (Keep It Simple and Strategic) button!

Our quest for living a more manageable life begins by understanding what the “right things” that we need to do actually are. Life without problems doesn’t exist; we all have daily challenges we need to face. But a life where we can prioritize the most meaningful, important things is within our reach and our control.

The purpose of this class is to do a deep dive into what living a more manageable life is all about. We’ll start by defining what a manageable life is and what it isn’t – after all, how can we know whether our lives have become unmanageable when we have no idea what “manageability” even looks like? Then we’ll learn how to identify the areas in our lives where unmanageability is manifesting.

Some of the questions we’ll be exploring are:

  • What does a manageable live look like?
  • What does an unmanageable life look like?
  • What does “living a more manageable life” mean to me?
  • What do I want less of in my life?
  • What do I want more of in my life?

From Manageable to Unmanageable: Taking Stock
Thursday, May 21, 2026    5:00-6:30 PM    $25.00

“You have to start with the truth. The truth is the only way that we can get anywhere. Because any decision-making that is based upon lies or ignorance can’t lead to a good conclusion.” Julian Assange

Life is filled with challenges. When life feels tough and the road suddenly becomes bumpy, it can help to take a step back and reassess our situation. Being able to identify problems is the first step toward finding creative solutions. And to begin, we must ask yourselves, “How did I get here?”

The purpose of this class is to help us make a searching, honest, and fearless personal inventory of our habits, behaviors, and present circumstances in order to uncover why and how unmanageability has manifested in our lives. It is both a fact-finding and fact-facing process to uncover the truth about ourselves. We’ll be searching for the causes and the results of our actions, and we’ll discover the attitudes, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that have been creating problems, challenges, obstacles, and failures in our lives.

Some of the questions we’ll be exploring are:

  • How has the “definition of insanity” manifested in my life?
  • Why do I often behave in certain ways that result in stressful outcomes?
  • Why do I continually experience the same situations or type of people in my life that are not in my best interest?
  • What do I repeatedly give the most importance and authority to even though the result doesn’t promote my wellbeing?

From Unmanageable to Manageable: Life Management Skills for Any Level of Chaos
Thursday, August 20. 2026    5:00-6:30 PM    $25.00

“In essence, if we want to direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.” Tony Robbins

Life can feel chaotic, uncertain, and unpredictable even in the best of times. But chaos doesn’t have to rule our lives – there are things we can do to make the chaos in our everyday lives a little more controlled.

Living a more manageable life involves adopting strategies and developing new skills that can help us take charge of our lives. Even incorporating just a few life management skills and practicing them consistently in our daily lives can help us become more self-aware; make better decisions, effectively manage our reactions to events; maintain our mental health; and improve our quality of life.

The purpose of this class is to help us become familiar with the most common life management skills we can use to move from a state of chaos and powerlessness to one of order, control, and contentment.

Here are a few of the questions we’ll be exploring:

  • Which life management skills and strategies can I adopt to bring about some modicum of stability, balance, and sanity to my life?
  • How do I choose the most effective life management skills for my present circumstances?
  • What do I want to achieve by adopting one or more skills?
  • How can I consistently integrate these skills and strategies into practice?

Getting Your Unmanageable Ducks in a Row: Taking Action to Live a More Manageable Life
Thursday, October 15, 2026    5:00-6:30 PM    $25.00

“Decide what you want, decide what you are willing to exchange for it. Establish your priorities and go to work.” H. L. Hunt

Living a more manageable life is a work in progress. You begin by identifying the small adjustments you can make and deciding what works best for you.

But deciding what you want to do and actually going to work and doing it are two very different things.

To take action means to do something in order to achieve a specific result or address a problem. Most importantly, it’s a sign of purposeful engagement: taking the necessary steps to achieve our goals; making informed decisions that lead to change; taking the initiative and effort to implement our plans effectively; and maintaining sustained effort over time.

The purpose of this class is to help us move beyond just deciding to take control of our lives and wishing it were so into the realm of doing the work. We’ll discover how to translate our intentions, ideas, and plans into concrete results – because this is the only way to make progress possible and success achievable.

Some of the questions we’ll be exploring are:

  • What does “taking action to live a more manageable life” mean to me?
  • What do I want to achieve and how am I going to achieve it?
  • What specific actions must I take to make progress possible?
  • How do I maintain my motivation in the face of new challenges or obstacles?
